Australia Bushfires: Sydney Engulfed in Hazardous Smog

Sydney’s skyline was barely visible as thick smoke from the Australia wildfires engulfed the city and its surroundings.

Air quality in some parts of the city reached hazardous levels, with health experts warning residents with breathing difficulties to stay inside.

About 1,400 firefighters continue to battle 48 bushfires that are still burning across New South Wales.

According to local media, the blazes have so far killed four people and destroyed almost 600 homes.
