Most agents will market on Realtor.com® Zillow.com Trulia.com and some others and the biggest reason they typically stop there is that they don’t need to do anything more than take some basic photos (some even hire a photographer) and put the information into the MLS system. The conversion after building an online rapport, providing fresh relevant content answering all inquiries quickly and then making the offer for more assistance in the digital space is fantastic.
