In Data Centers sometimes a failed switch makes replacement necessary. However performing the replacement is not an easy task unless you have the right set of software tools and hardware to minimize any long term traffic outages. In this demo we will show how a switch is RMAed. RMA stands for “return merchandise authorization”, and it is a process to replace a switch or network device. Contrail Enterprise Multicloud supports the replacement of a device in the data center fabric with another one of the same model.
