DIY Glitter ornaments

Step by step how to glitter ornaments with vinyl decal, for this DYI I used:
Scissors to cut ribbon, 651 vinyl (I get mine from www.crafterdepot.com), brown canvas type of ribbon, 3 inch flat-plastic ornament (got them at Michaels), brown glitter, polyacrylic--clear gloss (I get this from Lowe's or Home Depot), and transfer tape. **Please note that in this tutorial, I used my Cameo Silhouette 3 to cut the vinyl.
