In this video I tell you about my sauna use and we debunk the myth of whether or not your breastmilk will dry up from Sauna use. Disclaimer: I am physically nursing and pumping in a portion of this video. If this offends you please do not enter. At the very end of this video I will show you how much breastmilk I actually pumped on one side (baby ate on other) after sauna usage and explain what happened to my milk supply.
