Myself or my family's business has been renting vehicles from our local Enterprise rent-a-car for many years. We have rented a variety of vehicles, including sedans, SUVs and a minivan. The minivan was actually a substitution that was very disappointing and expensive because it got such poor fuel mileage. Even though that experience was less than desireable, my later car rental from Enterprise was the absolute worst experience yet. In summary, I paid for a dirty rental car that was also a dangerous and unsafe rental car.
You may be wondering is enterprise is good. I would say, overall, I've had a good experience with renting vehicles from Enterprise. And keep in mind, this is enterprise in Louisiana.

Here is a list of things wrong with my most recent rental car from Enterprise:
π Interior was covered in a variety of stains.
π Interior had har on the seats, in the various compartments and on the dashboard.
π There were crumbs throughout the vehicle.
π The air pressure was dangerously high in at least two of the tires.
π The blind spot detection system was malfunctioning.
π There were no floowmates.
π Buttons for the climate control and radio were dirty.
π Radio and Information Screens were dirty.
π Windshield Washer Reservoir was nearly empty.
π Sideview Mirrors were dirty.
π Rear Windshield was dirty.
