Lebanon deadlock remains after PM quits Lebanon's Prime Minister has been asked to stay on as temporary caretaker until a new government is formed..
but the move isn't stopping protests.

President Michel Aoun's request for Prime Minister Saad Hariri to stay on follows his resignation on Tuesday.
His leaving ends the coalition government that had been struggling to contain nearly two weeks of protests.
