NRC controversy: State government appeals central government to discuss on NRC rules

The fate of lakhs of people left out in NRC final list stay in jeopardy as the central government and state government are not in the same level regarding the NRC rules. Hence the state government has sent a letter of discussion on the entire procedure and rules as mentioned by the centre.
