Who have gone away to war
Your sacrifice was worth it
We are what you’re fighting for
You never shrank from duty
You gave up your normal lives
What you’ve done is a blessing

We salute you, for your battles won
Stand tall, stand proud, in your colors now

To all the soldiers out there
Who left their families
To bring peace around the world

To our grandparents, aunts, and brothers
