Bafang Factory Tour Suzhou China - Part 4 of 8 (Motor Assembly)

Bafang is the largest eBike motor manufacturer in China; which has the largest concentration of electric bicycles in the world. We’re fortunate to see their motor systems on conversion and production electric bikes in the United states, and based on their astonishing production level and quality control, I’d be surprised if we didn’t see many more of them as they grow in US representation.

With over 40 engineers, and 300+ total staff, their production and office head-quarters was great to see in its entirety. I’m very pleased to share this with the you, the viewer, as a very eye-opening experience. I didn’t realize until I saw with my very eyes the dedication that the staff and management have for the product, and their seemingly redundant commitment to testing the product. With hundreds of production customers, and many thousands of DIY customers enjoying the product, Bafang has earned a key place at the table with their legacy competitors.
