Getting in The Basement Door

We are back in my neighbor's house and looking for a better way to get to the key card. Let's try jumping from the rail track to get to the generator. That was simple?!? The ice should melt in the refrigerator. We are going into the basement :) There is a fan in the basement... and what about the double jump?
