Small homemade particle accelerator. (very basic design)

This was one my early attempts at a small electrostatic linear accelerator. The pressures are sufficiently low to allow particle acceleration and X-rays are visibly apparent in the video based on the pixelation effect and glass fluorescence. As many safety precautions were taken as possible at the time, and this was filmed over 2 years ago with no detrimental health effects. :)
