Warm-up Set
Push-up
4 set of 12-15 Reps

Alternate exercise
Incline Dumbell Press and Incline Dumbell fly
4 Set of 8-12 Reps

Flat bench
4 Sets of 8-12 Reps

Decline bench
4 Sets of 8-12 Reps

Pullovers
4 Set/8-12 Reps.
