Liberals consider booting Wilson-Raybould and Philpott from caucus

Liberal MPs are considering kicking Jody Wilson-Raybould and Jane Philpott out of the Liberal caucus following the release of a secretly-recorded phone call between Wilson-Raybould and Privy Council Clerk Michael Wernick about SNC-Lavalin.
