RSPCA assessment able to seize a Border collie & Euthanase It only takes a few moments to decide to seize and then apply to kill, held in small dark enclosure, from October to April, applications to kill, unable to ever be rehomed, all because the dog dare not come out of a kennel,. They were not even sure its colour, age or condition. the other two copped a report saying the same, but were rescued before seizure by no kill shelter. 70/80 dogs accessed, 10 seized with demand to kill by RSPCA, other similarly ear marked dogs, saved before seizure and all doing fine, and being rehomed by Australian No kill shelters.
