Self-Worth, Self-Criticism (and the problem with) Self-Awareness....

Knowing who we are is a rewarding experience, but one that is never complete.
We swim the current, and to the best of our ability we follow what we see works for others, in hopes of the same results.

In this way, we are constantly comparing ourselves to others, or who we 'could be'.
We have the power to change, but it can be a painful realization when we find our 'life path' may no longer resonate with us.
