This series will be a mixture of science based information, many different gyms throughout the country, and insight into how to apply sports science to a bodybuilding prep at a high level.
Training session:
Pull ups: B/W 4x 11,10,10,8
Lat Pull downs (giant set): 70 reps - 20, 16, 14, 12, 8
Seated Cable Rows (giant set): 70 reps- 20, 18, 16, 10, 6
Incline DB Curls (slow eccentric): 4x 12,11,10,10
Barbell Curls (20 reps on first set): 4x 20,16,15,12
All done with 2 reps in reserve.
