Marcus Spears does not agree with the idea of NFL teams tanking to draft Tua Tagovailoa in the 2020 NFL draft. Spears credits Tagovailoa's pocket passing and ability to escape pass rushers, but questions some interceptions he threw against top defenses in college football.
