This video will show you step-by-step how to whitewash your stone fireplace. It is extremely easy and costs hardly anything. I did my own fireplace in another video, and now I'm doing my Dad's.

The hardest part of this is collecting your materials and tools, because the process of whitewashing the stone fireplace was actually very easy!

Once you've collected everything just get to mixing and get to painting! For the chalk paint, use 1 part water with 1 part paint.
For example: 1 cup paint needs 1 cup of water.

Whitewashing your fireplace will freshen up your entire living room, so get to work. It was the most impactful living room remodel update that we have done to this day.
