ICE raids set to begin Sunday after Trump's delay

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents plan to start nationwide raids on Sunday to arrest thousands of illegal immigrants that have removal orders. Acting USCIS Director Ken Cuccinelli gives his take on the upcoming raids.
