20-30” of rain has fallen in Southeastern Texas from Tropical Storm Imelda. This has resulted in significant flash flooding along the Cedar Bayou Watershed. Stream elevation of this channel has topped its banks surpassing the 1% (100Year) flood recurrence threshold.
