Thanks so much for watching guys- I'm so glad you like it. A few of you have asked about cooking frozen chicken in a slow cooker and now it's made me nervous as I don't know what make slow cooker you use. Chicken needs the internal temperature to get up to 165 degrees at some point during the cooking process. But I want to suggest either taking the dump bag out of the freezer the night before so it thaws - or making the dump bag without the chicken and adding that in at the last minute to be safe. I don't want anyone to get ill because of me xxx
Thai Red Curry Ingredients:
1 can coconut milk
450g skinless boneless chicken thighs
1 little pot of Thai red curry paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp ginger
2 tsp fish sauce
3 garlic cloves
1 small butternut squash
1 onion
1 cup water
