Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie Today I am sharing a smoothie recipe that we call our "Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie" because it contains ingredients with Anti-Inflammatory properties. This is a regular in our smoothie rotation.

Here is the recipe:
12 oz water (I used Coconut Water in this recipe but most of the time I use distilled water)
1 scoop Amazing Grass Green Superfood Powder
2 Tablespoons Beet Root Juice Powder
2/3 cup Frozen Organic Blueberries
2/3 cup Frozen Organic Strawberries
2/3 cup Frozen Pineapple
1 inch piece of fresh Tumeric Root
1 inch piece of fresh Ginger Root
2 Tablespoons ground flaxseed
1 handful of Organic Spinach (I did not have this for the video but I normally add in this recipe)
1 handful of Organic Kale (I did not have this for the video but I normally add in this recipe)

Add water, greens, green superfood powder, beet root juice powder and turmeric and ginger. Using Ultra Blend button blend for about 15 seconds or until all powder seems to be dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and blend on Ultra Blend.

Makes two 16 oz servings.
