Early morning hours of 9/3/19. One officer gives unlawful order, refuses to ID. Learned a man entered a stranger's home and locked himself in the elderly man's home. During this he broke the door of inside room he went into. Management got a key and opened the front door and they were able to open the broken door and get the man out uneventfully. Impressively they took him without handcuffs and he was transported via ambulance for a psych evaluation and they treated him professionally and with kindness. It took several hours but I had to learn the end of the story or it would have driven me crazy. Also the officer who refused to ID eventually approached me and nicely gave his name and badge number. This was at the Napier housing complex on Murfreesboro Pike/Lafayette. It's a long video but was difficult to edit any more than I did to get the entire story. These officers were from the Hermitage Precinct I deal with the most who have a great track record with being professional with me while cop watching.
