PNP-HPG, MMDA to manage Edsa traffic starting Sept. 9

Starting Sept. 9, members of the Philippine National Police- Highway Patrol Group (PNP-HPG) will join forces with the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) in managing traffic along Edsa.
