Shish is Wanted for Alleged Abduction of Teenage Minor

Police are tonight looking for a suspect who reportedly abducted a teenage minor from San Ignacio on Friday and brought her to Belize City against her will. The fifteen-year-old girl was able to escape from the custody of her abductor on Regent Street when his vehicle had to slow down in traffic. She managed to jump out of his vehicle and run into a business establishment and subsequently made a report of the harrowing ordeal. Police say they are actively seeking a person known to the alleged victim as Shish. He was recently released from a charge of murder.
