Stray cattles who sit on the road had destroyed the plastic road dividers placed at the Mapusa-Bastora underpass by the authorities. North Goa Congress members led by Amarnath Panjikar on Wednesday took one step forward and replaced the plastic dividers after several appeals. Panjikar blamed the Aldona MLA Glen Ticklo for negligence, saying that why do we need such MLA who is not interested to resolve public issues.
