Close Grip Bench- 3 sets of 6-12 reps
Cable Press down- 3 sets of 10-15 reps; on last set do the rope version with 3 drops on the weight to failure
Skull Crusher- 3 sets of 10-15 reps; on last set do the rope version with 3 drops on the weight to failure
Rope Kickbacks- 3 sets of 10-15 reps (each arm)
