William Chua, inventor, innovator, civil engineering graduate, former overseas Filipino engineer and board of director of Filipino Inventors Society shared his invention about interlocking blocks. This construction material can be a cost effective and can make house in lesser time of construction.
This is something like a lego block, Chua said. Manila Block was patented in IPO seven years ago.
