Thousands march in Paris to condemn violence against women

Thousands gather in #Paris for a demonstration calling for an end to #genderviolence and #femicide in a country where at least 116 #women have been killed by present or former partners this year.
The march in the French capital began near the main opera house with several protesters holding up signs of a relative or friend killed in gender violence.
