Where are deeper grade 3 mines?

Q: Where are deeper grade 3 mines?

A: They are all in faction spaces. There are some in hub systems (the ones with a few satellite systems around in a circle), which often flip, there are a few at level 35 which are deeper but harder to reach. I show a few in the video.
